SHIPPING

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days of your order being placed. You can typically expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days once your items have shipped. Please allow for your shipment to arrive according to the type of shipping you have purchased with your order.

Can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed.

I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

If you have not received your order within 14 business days after having placed your order, please contact us at contact@liieve.com and we will do our utmost to assist you.

What happens if my package gets lost?

We will do our best to help you track down any order that has left our warehouse, but we do not cover lost, stolen or damaged packages at this time.

What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

If an item was damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly. For any manufacturing defects, please contact us at contact@liieve.com for assistance.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only serve customers in the United States and Canada.

ORDERS

Why are some styles not available?

The majority of our products are produced in small-batch and limited edition format to accommodate the thoughtful nature of our designs. At times, this means that certain product styles or types may sell out quickly.

If you have certain items that you would like to see back in stock, please sign up using the simple form on that product page and we’ll notify you if the item becomes available again.

I’d love some advice on how to style the piece I just bought. Can you help?

We would love to! Check out our Instagram or go to our Styled page on our website to see how your fellow community and we at LIIEVE are wearing our pieces.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Can I change my order once it’s been placed?

Yes, you may alter your order by emailing us at contact@liieve.com. As long as the order has not yet been shipped, we will make every effort to cancel/change your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns?

We want to make sure you love your purchase! We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact page. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with the return address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and you will need to print your own return label.

Note: Any items that have been used for personal or promotional purposes in photography, social media or commercially are not eligible for return.

Can I exchange my item for a different style or size?

If you would like to exchange an item for a different style or size, please first initiate a return by contacting us via our contact page. Once we receive your return and confirm that it is in its original packaging and in as-new condition with tags attached, we will issue a refund. You can then place a new order for the desired style or size.

ACCOUNT

How do I see my past orders?

To access your account, you have a few options. You can click on the “Login” link located at the top of our website or use the “View Order” link in your order confirmation email. You can also log in directly by visiting liieve.com/account/login.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your account password, simply click on “Forgot Password” link when attempting to sign in. Enter the email address linked to your account and follow the instructions in the email you receive to reset your password. If you don’t see an email from us, please check your spam folder.

Do I need to make an account to make an online purchase?

Creating an account online is not strictly necessary, though it does help you keep track of your purchases and allows you to save your shipping and billing info for faster purchases.

SIZING & STOCK

Do you have a size guide?

Visit our size guide on each product page for more detailed fit measurements. Please note that our shirts have a slight oversized fit.

Do you have a physical store location?

We are currently an online shop only, with occasional local events. Sign up for our newsletter to receive updates on in-person happenings or other purchase opportunities coming soon near you.
