Shipping policy

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days of your order being placed. You can typically expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days once your items have shipped. Please allow for your shipment to arrive according to the type of shipping you have purchased with your order.
  • Can I change my shipping address?

    Unfortunately addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
  • I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

    If you have not received your order within 14 business days after having placed your order, please contact us at contact@liieve.com and we will do our utmost to assist you.

    What happens if my package gets lost?

    We will do our best to help you track down any order that has left our warehouse, but we do not cover lost, stolen or damaged packages at this time.
  • What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

    If an item was damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly. For any manufacturing defects, please contact us at contact@liieve.com for assistance.
  • Do you ship internationally?

    We currently only serve customers in the United States and Canada.
